Insured standard delivery service within the postcode areas of Zone A of the United Kingdom. All goods are delivered to your door and require a signature upon delivery.

Express Delivery £6.95*

Rapid delivery service within two working days. Orders must be received by 14:00 hours. (Zone A only)

Next Day Noon £10.95*

Next working day before 12:00 noon.

Some heavy or bulky items are charged differently on a Bulky Item Courier Service (varied rates apply to these items)

Some other items are held at a remote warehouse any may be available on STANDARD delivery only. In these cases, expedited delivery options are not available to choose from at checkout. Also for these items, click & collect reservations may take up to a week to come into the store - where this is the case you will be contacted by the store as soon as possible.

Overseas / Export Delivery

Overseas shipping costs vary between each country within Europe and the rest of the world. Please contact us with details of the products you require for a quote. Next working day delivery is not available. All parcels are delivered direct to your door and require a signature upon delivery.

Customer Unavailable

Attempted deliveries where customers are unavailable (carded deliveries) will be held in your local depot pending your instruction for re-delivery. Parcels not instructed for redelivery or collected within five days will be returned to Towsure Distribution Centre and additional charges for redelivery may be incurred. Upon dispatch, we will send you an email to enable you to track your parcel. Please provide us with a suitable email address to take advantage of this service (not available for postal deliveries).

Like you, we care about the Great Outdoors and minimise our impact wherever possible. the greenest method of recycling is re-using, this is why we reuse boxes and packaging to deliver your goods. We know a branded, brand new box looks nice when it arrives but at what cost, when it is discarded straight away? By recycling and re-using we are helping to care for the environment that we all enjoy.

Delivery Timescales

Our delivery timescales are based upon working days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed on a weekend will be processed the following Monday and subject to the same delivery timescales as an order placed on the Monday morning. For instance, an order placed on Saturday for Next Working Day by 10:30 will be processed on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.

If you change your mind for whatever reason, return the unused item(s) in their original packaging to ‘TOWSURE PRODUCTS LTD’ accompanied with the receipt/invoice and we will be pleased to offer you an exchange or refund - no hassles, for your total peace of mind.

Towbar Fitting Charges

Please ensure that you select the correct towbar for your vehicle. We recommend using our registration plate lookup system where possible, alternatively, our technical team will be happy to assist if you are unsure. If the incorrect towbar or wiring kit is ordered and the error is discovered upon arrival of our mobile fitters, a callout charge of £99 will be chargeable in addition to return costs.


Prices & VAT

All prices are displayed in £’s sterling and include VAT at 20%. The prices and terms & conditions set out on this website are correct at the time of publishing. On the rare occasion where there is an error with product details or pricing, we will do our best to inform you at the earliest opportunity when your order is placed. All products are subject to availability. PLEASE NOTE: Although we aim to keep prices consistent with those printed in our catalogue, circumstances beyond our control (including changes in rates of taxation (e.g. VAT), currency fluctuations or inflationary cost increases) may cause price changes up or down.


Payment can be made securely online using one of the following methods: Visa / MasterCard / Visa Electron / Maestro / Solo / American Express / Google Pay / Apple Pay / Shop Pay / PayPal / Klarna. If preferred you may print out an order form and submit your order together with payment via Cheque or Postal Order. Please make payable to ‘TOWSURE PRODUCTS LTD’, ensuring all details are correct with a valid banker's card number, expiry date, full name, address and telephone number printed clearly on the reverse (Please allow 3 working days for cheque clearance). We do advise customers not to send any cash through the post, as ‘TOWSURE PRODUCTS LTD’ will not be held responsible for any losses. NB. Payment is debited at order acceptance.

Payments Via Klarna

When choosing Klarna as your payment method, we use Klarna as the provider of our checkout. This means that we might transfer your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna when the checkout is loaded, in order for Klarna to manage your purchase. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.


All our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. If a fault does occur during this period, we shall arrange to have the item repaired or replaced after it has been inspected. Any delivery charges will be met after the inspection of the item.


We aim to hold all items in stock, however, should an item be more popular than we expected, there may be occasional delays when ordering. If this does occur then an advice note will be attached along with your invoice. Sometimes we may experience difficulties with the supply of certain products and may therefore provide a substitute of the same or better quality at no extra cost.


Part Delivery/Damaged Goods

All your goods should arrive in perfect condition, however, if you do receive any goods that appear to be faulty or damaged, the company must be advised within 72 hours of receipt. This applies to any items that may appear to be missing unless stated on the invoice that the item is currently out of stock. If any items are not to be used straight away, we advise customers to check that these have been received in perfect condition and working order. The company will do everything possible to ensure your delivery arrives on time and intact, we will not accept responsibility for any additional expenses that occur due to late or incomplete deliveries.

Returns Procedure

All products purchased from one of our superstores must be returned to the same superstore, and not sent to head office. This will enable us to deal with your return promptly. For your convenience, returned goods purchased by mail-order may be taken to the Towsure Superstore in Sheffield, together with the invoice and reason for return - the returned item/s and details will be forwarded to our Head Office where the refund/exchange will be processed. All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including the reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. A member of our customer services department will arrange for the collection of the goods through our carrier, alternatively, you may return them to our store accompanied with your invoice. All other goods must be returned at the sender's expense. If required, the company offers a collection service at a charge of £9.95 per parcel (up to a maximum of 30kg) from addresses on the Mainland UK or the Isle of Wight. For collection from other locations/countries please call for a quote.

Contractual Information

Any contract between Towsure Products Limited and its customers will be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
