Returns Procedure

All products purchased from one of our superstores must be returned to the same superstore, and not sent to head office. This will enable us to deal with your return promptly. For your convenience, returned goods purchased by mail-order may be taken to the Towsure Superstore in Sheffield, together with the invoice and reason for return - the returned item/s and details will be forwarded to our Head Office where the refund/exchange will be processed. All goods returned must be clearly labelled and have full documentation enclosed including the reason for return. All returnable goods must be reported to the company. Goods returned without any notice will not be accepted. Carriage charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty or have a manufacturing defect. A member of our customer services department will arrange for the collection of the goods through our carrier, alternatively, you may return them to our store accompanied with your invoice. All other goods must be returned at the sender's expense. If required, the company offers a collection service at a charge of £14.99 per parcel (up to a maximum of 30kg) from addresses on the Mainland UK or the Isle of Wight.
